Custom Orders

All custom products are made to your specifications. Refunds and returns are not available for custom items.

Once a design has been approved by the customer and production is complete, the order is considered final and is not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before the design has been approved and completed.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once design approval has been given or the design has been completed, cancellations can no longer be accepted.
