Our Story

Catalyst Werks was born from firsthand experience. After more than 25 years in and around racing paddocks—as a racer, team member, and customer across UK National Sprint and Endurance Championships, British Superbikes, MotoAmerica, WERA, and ASRA—Randy saw an opportunity to build the kind of company the motorcycle community deserves: responsive, capable, and committed to delivering work people are proud to represent.

Whether you’re a street rider, a first-time track-day participant, a seasoned club racer, a professional race team, or an industry partner, Catalyst exists to help bring your vision to life. Through custom graphics, apparel, fabrication, branding, and production, we connect customers with the equipment, capabilities, and talented people needed to build something exceptional.

We’re proud to serve the entire motorcycle community, but developing racers and race programs is central to our mission. Talent and ambition alone don’t guarantee progress. Riders also need a professional image, a recognizable brand, reliable partners, and opportunities to demonstrate their value both on and off the track. Catalyst Werks is committed to helping serious racers overcome those barriers and build programs capable of progressing from club-level competition to regional, national, and professional racing.

Responsiveness remains at the foundation of everything we do. We understand that schedules change, crashes and injuries happen, parts arrive late, and deadlines move closer. When you contact us, you’ll hear back. Period. When we make a commitment, we’ll keep it. If circumstances change, we’ll communicate early, honestly, and clearly.

Catalyst Werks is more than a graphics or production company. We’re building a collective of skilled designers, craftsmen, suppliers, and industry partners with a shared purpose: helping riders, teams, businesses, and organizations present themselves professionally and inspire confidence.

We’re not just here to produce products.

We’re here to build your presence.

The Designer

Andrew Wright — Catalyst Werks Design

Andrew Wright brings a lifelong background in art and a broad range of digital design experience to Catalyst Werks. A Full Sail University graduate and class valedictorian with a bachelor’s degree in 3D art, his experience spans graphic design, photography, 3D modeling and texturing, animation, and video editing. At Catalyst, Andrew has turned that foundation toward motorsports design, where technical constraints and individual style have to work together. His approach starts with understanding the person behind the project—what they like, what they want to communicate, and how they want their bike, helmet, or brand to feel when it’s finished. Andrew believes great custom work should still look like your idea when it leaves the design desk—just refined, developed, and ready for production. Whether he's working from a detailed concept or helping build one from scratch, his job is to turn your vision into something  you'll love.
